I offer a free informal 20‑minute initial assessment, giving you the opportunity to get to know me, discuss your needs, and decide whether I’m the right therapist to help you.

Payments
Payments should be made within 24 hours before therapy commences. I will then send the Zoom link with details. Payments can be made via bank transfer or by paypal.
Concessionary Rates / Block bookings
I do offer some concessionary rates, please get in touch for further information. I also offer a 10 % discount on blocks of 10 paid in advance.
